We felt so relaxed  and relieved when we found Bimal Vyas as a Realator by through online browsing. From day one, he has always given us  the best suggestions towards buying our home. Bimal vyas is one of the best realtor agent I’ve seen in ottawa. He walked us through every step of the process and showed us properties without any pressure till we found our dream home! He explained everything starting from Home inspection, lawyer’s role, title search etc. He addressed all our concerns and answered all silly questions patiently. We made it!!! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Bimal Vyas. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. The best part was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Bimal walked us through every step of the negotiations as well as helped make an informed decision. Excellent service, no pushing, no rushing in making a big decision. Very very patient in scheduling as many showings until we made our decision. Our first home buying experience was super fun and super stress free with Mr Bimal’s expertise weighed in and making us understand each phase.  Even Though our bid was lower than others, Bimal presented our love for the home so well that we won Seller’s heart! Making a decision was easy with Bimal’s support and market wisdom, we couldn’t have done without him. It was an absolute pleasure to do house hunting with Bimal and get to know Ottawa from a Real Estate perspective.
